Family Yoga & Essential Oils Workshop

Description

Youth and Grownups get to join together for this fun workshop! This workshop starts with everyone together for some family yoga and breathwork Then the kids can come create a custom playdoh to take home with them by choosing their favorite essential oil scent and color. After that, the kids will work on a mindful craft and adults get a mini-class on the uses, benefits, and safe practices of  Essential Oils. Grownups will also make their own roller ball to take home.

Please note: The Registration Fee is for TWO people- ONE adult and ONE child together. Please just register the ADULT attending, and it includes one child!  Additional immediate family members may register for $12/person- see option at checkout.
